Stolen Paintings Bulletin Board

This page has been created as a response to the growing number of thefts that have occurred within the industry, the works posted on this page are paintings that have been stolen either while in transit to their destinations or from a private collectors or from one of our clients. We have created this page as a public service to the industry and public in general, so that works can be recognised if and when they re-emerge for sale.

Work may be listed here for free by any of our registered members and clients who have purchased their works from Jinta Desert Art, we will cover any reward on behalf of our clients, who have followed the correct reporting procedures. A minimal registration fee will be charged to anyone else, who will also be required to post and front their own rewards. We require the following documentation;

  1. Record of purchase
  2. A Police report of the incident
  3. A photo of the Painting (with a description of any distinguishing markings that may also help identify the work)

The following works of art have been registered as stolen with the authorities, we appeal to the public for any assistance or information leading to the location and final recovery of these paintings.  Jinta Desert Art, it's clients and members, and the authorities, appreciates everyone's co-operation in this matter.
